The Institute for Applied Spiritual Technology, under the direction of His Holiness Bhakti Tirtha Swami Krishnapada, is a non-profit, non-denominational organization whose staff members represent a variety of spiritual paths and professional backgrounds.

The Mission

The mission of the Institute is to conduct seminars and offer services wherein members of our communities can support and assist each other's spiritual development. Due to the critical nature of this time period in the history of our planet, we recognize the need to apply our system of transcendental knowledge, based on the ancient Vedic teachings, to train interested seekers to become God-awakened spiritual warriors.

Training

The training of a spiritual warrior involves:

• learning the art of combating and overcoming negativity through the application of ancient knowledge
• utilizing techniques for spiritual awakening and survival
• implementing devotional practices centered on the Lord

All workshops, seminars, and services promote a central theme consistent with the universal principles of love and service to God contained within the world's great spiritual traditions.

Global Transformation

Humanity is in the process of a global transformation of consciousness. There is a rising spiritual energy that now pervades the planet. In this time of transition, the world is still at a critical junction point. People from all over the world are being called upon to help and are making their individual contributions to the overall well-being and stability of our earth. Through our collective actions we will determine the destiny of our earth. What do we truly want for ourselves, our children, and each other?

The Choice is Ours

Each individual has free will. According to choice we will either ascend into higher realms of love and knowledge, eventually returning to God, or we will continue to remain entangled in temporary states of experience marked by an underlying sense of separation, isolation, and fear.

The Opportunity

As a generation we have been given the unique opportunity of building the foundation for a new consciousness and way of life. Our own past collective negative behavior has set in motion destructive forces that impact all life and must be reversed if we are to survive this transformation and ascend the path of enlightenment.

Bhakti Tirtha Swami has dedicated his life and actions to help humanity embody a new spiritual awareness and lay the blueprint for a culture of knowledge based on the love of God. To fulfill these aims, Bhakti Tirtha Swami founded the Institute for Applied Spiritual Technology.
